Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via PostNL and DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 5max business days
- European Union: up to 5 business days
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping: €4.95
- Free shipping on orders of €30.95 and above
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delays While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, carrier disruptions, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience in those cases.
